As long as you have already downloaded the file, it should be playable regardless of your internet status.

Do I have access to new releases?
New releases will be available for direct purchase. You will have to purchase the items to have access. Once you have purchased, you will be granted a life long licence* to play the music.

Yes. This will be available for all users.
